If you have pension savings in Aon's BigBlue Touch pension arrangement, you'll have received an email from the Company about a bulk transfer option in November 2025 and a letter from the administrator, Aegon, with a form to complete if you would like to take part.

Bulk transfer option: dates confirmed

If you have pension savings in Aon's BigBlue Touch pension arrangement, you'll have received an email from the Company with further details of the bulk transfer option to move those savings into the Aon OnePlan in April 2025.

Aon increases employer pension contribution from 1 January 2026

From 1 January 2026 Aon will increase its standard employer pension contribution from 6.5% to 7.5% of pensionable salary.

Bulk transfer option coming in April 2025 for Aon OnePlan members with BigBlue Touch accounts

Next April, you will have an opportunity to take part in a bulk transfer. For every member who wants to take part, Aon will transfer their Bigblue Touch pension savings into their Aon OnePlan account. It is an opportunity to transfer with Aon making all the arrangements and covering any charges for you.
