Managing your records
The Aon OnePlan administration team is your first point of contact for most questions about your benefits.
We can help you more efficiently if you keep your personal details up to date – especially your contact details, so we can always get in touch with you.
If you need help, just get in touch.
Update your personal details
It’s important that the personal information we have on file about you is accurate.
Please remember to update your personal details if they change.
Please also consider giving us a personal email address as these tend to change less often than work emails.
We can’t receive updates to your personal details from Aon.
Log into your Aon OnePlan account via the 'My Account' page to update your personal details.
Update your target retirement age
This is the age you have selected to take your pension savings from.
You can set your target retirement age by logging into your account via the 'My Account' page.
Yes, you can change your target retirement age at any time. You can reset your target retirement age by logging into your account via the 'My Account' page.
If you don’t select a target retirement age, we’ll assume you will retire at the Aon OnePlan’s default normal retirement age, which is 65.
If you have a protected pension age and would like to set your target retirement age to be less than the normal minimum pension age, please get in touch with the contact centre.
Your personal details are safe with us
You can be confident about giving us your personal details. The ARP Trustees are “data controllers” under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a regulation that aims to protect personal details by standardising the way organisations gather, hold, store and process personal details.
We have produced a data privacy notice too, setting out how we collect, store and use your personal details.
You'll find a copy in the Aon OnePlan 'library'.
Authorised service providers for the ARP
Contact details for the Aon OnePlan administrator (Aegon) can be found on the 'getting in touch' page.
From time to time the Trustee may also work with other service providers to run specific exercises. For example, to trace members where we don’t hold up-to-date addresses.
If you're contacted about your ARP pension and you have any concerns about whether the caller is an authorised service provider, you should contact the Aon OnePlan contact centre.
