You can access the Aon OnePlan member website at any time.

Access the website

Logging on

Visit: mypensiontrust.tbs.aon.com

User ID and password

Log on using your user ID (a six or seven digit number) and password. As per the introductory letter(s) you will have received in October 2024.

Security

Setting your own password

The first time you log in you will be asked to set your own password.

Confirming your email address

The first time you click into the 'My Pension' area of the website you will be asked to confirm an email address and to set a six-digit PIN.

Accessing Money for the first time

The first time you click into the 'Money' area of the website you will be asked to confirm your email address (use the same one for Money and My Pension).

Member app

Get the app by scanning the QR code using the links below.

Then input access code 4803 and click ‘Search’.

Log on using your user ID (a six or seven digit number) and password.

Download via the Apple App Store

You can download the Aon Online Benefits App from the Apple App Store (apple.com).

Download via the Google Play

You can download the Aon Online Benefits App from Google Play (play.google.com).

What can you do online?

You can view your Aon OnePlan pension account and how you are invested at any time.

You can also see the contributions that have been paid into your pension account (including any transfers-in from other pension arrangements), change the way you are invested, and review your target retirement age.

However, if you would like to make contribution changes you will need to do this through Select, or by using the Online Benefits App.

To change your contributions

You can change your contributions on Select, Aon’s flexible benefits platform

If you’re on the Aon network:

You can access Select with Single Sign On via UPoint.

If you’re outside the Aon network:

Visit: select.tbs.aon.com
Enter your User ID and password.

From the Select homepage, choose ‘Update My Benefits’ and you’ll see ‘Retirement contributions' listed at the top of the page.

To change your investments

You can change your investments on the Aon OnePlan member website, which you can access from Select.

Direct access

To access the Aon OnePlan member website directly, go to mypensiontrust.tbs.aon.com and log in using your user ID and password.

Via Select

Alternatively, if you’re an Aon employee, you can follow the steps above to access Select depending on whether you’re on the Aon network or not. From the Select homepage, choose the ‘My Pension’ tile.

Step-by-step

Follow the steps above to access Select depending on whether you’re on the Aon network or not.

Once you’ve logged into your individual Aon OnePlan account – choose ‘Your investments’.
Choose ‘Making changes’ and then ‘Switch your investments’.
Next, choose ‘Switch your investments’ towards the bottom of the page. This will open TargetPlan in a new window where you can choose ‘Switch funds’.
